The club is keen to support its members in developing both their skills and fitness levels.
Coached Sessions Take place as follows
Pool swimming – Ripon Pool – Winter / Spring
Open water swimming – Ripon Racecourse Lake – specific sessions during the summer months (see Facebook page)
Yoga – open sessions for athletes Sundays @ 5.30 pm with Yogaden
Coached Run Sessions: Thursdays at 6.30 pm
