The club is keen to support its members in developing both their skills and fitness levels.
Coached Sessions Take place as follows
Pool swimming – Ripon Spa Baths – Tuesday 8pm – 9pm (sessions running until 26th May 2020 – see Shop page)
Open water swimming – Ripon Racecourse Lake – specific sessions during the summer months (see Facebook page)
Watt Bike Session – Monday 6.30pm, Wednesday 5:40pm, Wednesday 7:45pm at the Ripon Cycle Studio (above Moonglu).
Yoga – Sunday 5pm, Sunday 6pm at the Ripon Cycle Studio (above Moonglu).
