NYP Tri Duathlons – FUN – Friendly – Low Key Duathlons at Ripon Race Course

All races begin 6:30pm sharp!

What’s it all about?

A Duathlon for Members and visitors based at Ripon Racecourse. A 1 mile off road run around the racecourse followed by a 16 mile cycle on flat roads through some local villages followed by a 1 mile run around the racecourse. Friendly and welcoming to novices and experienced participants. Minimum age is 15. Post race hot food now available – cash & card payments accepted.

Course

1 Mile Run – 16 Mile Bike (approx) – 1 Mile Run.

The cost will be £10 per event (£5 for NYP Members).

The aim is to encourage and provide some early season race training/experience and all standards and particularly newcomers are welcome. Post race refreshments will be available.
